Update May 2010...Lisa is now finished with her studies and is starting her own practice in Northern PA serving Bradford county and the surrounding areas. Lisa and I will continue to backup each other. Lisa will be very missed and I was honored to have worked with her.
Wendy is the mother of three and because of her graciousness, I am able to see clients in her Upper Bucks County home once a month. Wendy has been attending births with me since the beginning of 2009. She has been involved in healthcare for over ten years and is the daughter of respected chiropractor Dr. Glenn Snyder D.C. She also works a few days a week in her father's practice in Perkasie PA.
My name is Monica Dickinson, I am a SAHM/Student, and I have 3 children. I am attending Childbirth International Doula Program and I am a student with WomanCraft Midwifery Education Program to become a midwife. Having used a midwife myself, I understood how birth should be about the mother, and not about the procedures, so I ventured into exploring the world of childbirth, breastfeeding, Midwifery and becoming a Doula. I am what you would call a semi-crunchy mama. I use cloth diapers, conserve, delay vaccinations, breastfeed, buy organic. I'm GREEN as they call it. And i encourage others to do so also. I am married to my dear husband CJ who is a Career Firefighter, and we are both trained and certified EMTs.
